Each type of reducer with which lubricating oil?

2, cycloid reducer at room temperature generally choose 40# or 50# mechanical oil lubrication, in order to improve the performance of reducer, prolong the service life of cycloid reducer, it is recommended to use 70# or 90# extreme pressure gear oil, in the case of high and low temperature can also be reconsidered lubricating oil.

3, vertical installation of planetary cycloid reducer to prevent oil pump break, in order to avoid damage to the reducer parts.

4. When refueling, the ventilation cap on the upper part of the boot seat can be refueled. When discharging oil, turn the discharging plug under the boot seat to discharge dirty oil. There is no lubricating oil inside the reducer when leaving the factory.

5, for the first time go work 100 hours should change new oil, (and will rush clean internal dirty oil) continuous work, later replaced once every six months (8 hours a week), if the working conditions can be appropriately reducing oil change time, proved reducer often clean and oil change (e.g., 3-6 months) to extend the service life of reducer plays an important role. Lubricating oil should be added frequently in the process of use.

6. The new reducer has been lubricated and replaced every six months. The grease adopts aluminum disulfide -2# or 2L-2# lithium lubricating grease.

Lubricating oil quality class

Diesel engines under low speed and high load and high speed and high load are lubricated with CE grade oil. Turbocharged diesel engines should be selected CD level and above; Cf-4 is suitable for high-speed, heavy load, long cycle operation of diesel engines, especially for highway driving. Effectively prevent piston ring wear, oil thickening; When the sulfur content of fuel is less than 0.05%, CG-4 diesel engine oil is used. Bimetal piston engine with higher fuel injection pressure and higher operating temperature, using CH-4 diesel oil; Ci-4 diesel oil is required for engines with a "low temperature exhaust gas recirculation" system.

Compared with the low grade lubricating oil, the antioxidant capacity, cleaning and dispersing capacity of high grade lubricating oil are obviously improved. In addition, the valve mechanism has been optimized in wear protection, oil scale resistance, preventing filter clogging, lubricating oil loss and low temperature pumping.

At present, with the promotion of national three and four environmental protection requirements, the engine manufacturers have introduced high-quality engines (electronically controlled engines), and the use level of oil has been improved accordingly. The CD level has been eliminated, while CF and CH level have become the mainstream. According to China's national conditions, such as serious vehicle overload, poor road conditions, low degree of driver specialization, diesel sulfur content instability and other adverse factors, resulting in engine overhaul in advance. Therefore, high quality grade oil should be selected.
